My Favorite Snacks, LLC is to reduce the patterns of chronic unemployment and homelessness amongst Jobseekers with developmental challenges, and Jobseekers that are negatively impacted by having criminal justice records that are experiencing barriers accessing employment and apartment rental opportunities. Through this initiative, we aim to generate numerous sustainable Jobs in the city of Hartford and New York City. The Company will launch additional Community Employment Centers within selective cities across the United States.My Favorite Snacks, LLC is a for-profit online ecommerce wholesale seller of trending and popular name brand snacks to college students, school-age students and to snacks consumers across the united states. My Favorite Snacks, LLC promotes workforce development strategies that ensure that Jobseekers with developmental challenges, and Jobseekers with criminal justice records are working meaningful and sustainable jobs that are generated from filling online orders for name brand snacks at wholesale prices within its Community Employment Centers.  

The company’s name, “My Favorite Snacks,” reflects the belief that everyone has their own favorite snacks. The company aspires to be the first for-profit workforce development employer collaborating with a nonprofit organization to access federal and state workforce development state and municipal grants, employment stipends, and Department of Labor funding for startup costs. The creation of jobs will lead to long-term, sustainable employment opportunities, ultimately reducing the cycles of unemployment and homelessness among individuals facing employment and housing challenges
