The creator and CEO of My Favorite Snacks, LLC is the co-creator of a successful novel unemployment & homelessness mitigation initiative known as Road To Success (RTS).

RTS is a community stabilization program that was created for a major nonprofit agency located in Hartford, Connecticut. RTS was established with the goal of addressing unemployment and homelessness among individuals with criminal justice records, as well as individuals in communities across Connecticut that are struggling with developmental disabilities.

The RTS Initiative’s primary objective is to establish employment and housing opportunities that are within reach for qualified Jobseekers and Apartment Seekers in Connecticut and New York City, who have been adversely affected by prior criminal justice records and poor credit scores revealed during standardized application process. The initiative accomplishes this by cultivating relationships with employers and apartment landlords/property management entities.
