Many individuals seeking employment in the United States of America are facing challenges due to their previous criminal justice records, resulting in unemployment and homelessness. Despite the existence of initiatives like “Ban-The-Box” and human resources policies promoting equal opportunity and second chances, many job seekers with criminal Justice records still struggle to find employment due to discriminatory hiring practices and barriers in online job applications.

My Favorite Snacks, LLC was created to provide meaningful and attainable jobs for individuals that are experiencing unemployment and housing barriers caused from prior criminal justice records and preexisting developmental challenges. 

Community Employment Centers are My Favorite Snacks’ online ecommerce processing facilities where employees pick & pack online snack orders for shipment to customers’:  homes, dormitories, and office buildings across the United States. Employees are paid above minimum wages to fill the high volume of online ecommerce orders.

The revenues derived from a large membership base, and revenues from ecommerce online orders that are processed within the Community Employment Centers maintain sustainable jobs for disabled Jobseekers, and Jobseekers with criminal justice records.
